1. Copyright Policy
Apex Creator Management respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our clients and users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we have established procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement.
This policy applies to content posted on our website and content managed through our services on behalf of our clients.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on our website or managed by us infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner)

- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Failure to include all required information may result in your notice being invalid.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Apex Creator Management has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
If we receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices regarding content posted by or managed for a specific creator, we reserve the right to terminate our services to that creator. We may also report repeat infringers to the platforms they use (such as OnlyFans).
