Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets forth rules governing your use of Apex Creator Management's services. This Policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.

By using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violation of this Policy may result in immediate termination of your account and services without refund.

2. Age Requirements (18+ Only)

2.1 Creator Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. We do not provide services to minors. OnlyFans and similar platforms require creators to be 18+, and we strictly enforce this requirement.

2.2 Content Featuring Others

All individuals appearing in your content must be 18 years of age or older. You are responsible for:

• Verifying the age of anyone appearing in your content (government-issued ID verification)
• Maintaining records proving age verification (retain for 7 years minimum)
• Ensuring compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 recordkeeping requirements

Zero tolerance: Any content featuring minors will result in immediate account termination, reporting to authorities, and potential legal action.

3. Consent Requirements

3.1 Consent for Content

You must have explicit consent from every person appearing in your content before creating, posting, or distributing that content. This includes:

• Written consent (signed release form recommended)
• Understanding of how the content will be used and distributed
• Ability to revoke consent (you must remove content if consent is withdrawn)

3.2 Revenge Porn & Non-Consensual Content

Strictly prohibited: Posting or distributing intimate images or videos of another person without their consent ("revenge porn" or "non-consensual pornography") is illegal and will result in:

• Immediate termination of services
• Reporting to law enforcement
• Full cooperation with any criminal investigation
• Potential civil liability

4. Prohibited Content

You may not create, post, or promote content that:

• Features minors in any capacity (instant termination + law enforcement report)
• Is illegal under federal, state, or local law
• Depicts or promotes violence, harm, or threats against any person or group
• Contains bestiality or animal abuse
• Depicts non-consensual sexual acts (including simulated non-consent that appears real)
• Contains necrophilia or content involving deceased persons
• Promotes or facilitates human trafficking, prostitution, or escort services
• Incites hatred or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Infringes intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.)
• Contains viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Violates platform terms of service (OnlyFans, Instagram, etc.)

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in conduct that:

• Violates laws: Any illegal activity including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, money laundering, tax evasion
• Harassment or abuse: Harassing, threatening, or abusing our team, other creators, or fans
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting your identity
• Spam or manipulation: Fake engagement, purchased followers, bot usage, or other platform manipulation
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data you don't have permission to access
• Platform ban evasion: Creating new accounts after being banned from OnlyFans or other platforms
• Misleading subscribers: False advertising, scamming fans, not delivering promised content

6. Platform Terms of Service Compliance

You must comply with the terms of service of all platforms where we manage or promote your content:

• OnlyFans: https://onlyfans.com/terms
• Instagram: Instagram Community Guidelines
• X (Twitter): X Terms of Service
• TikTok: TikTok Terms of Service
• Reddit: Reddit User Agreement

If you violate a platform's terms and your account is banned, we may terminate our services. We will not assist in ban evasion.

7. Enforcement & Consequences

7.1 Monitoring

We reserve the right to review content we manage or promote to ensure compliance with this Policy. However, we do not proactively monitor all content and are not responsible for content that violates this Policy until we are made aware of it.

7.2 Violations

If we determine you have violated this Policy:

• Minor violations: Warning and requirement to remove/correct content within 24 hours
• Moderate violations: Suspension of services pending resolution
• Severe violations: Immediate termination without refund, potential legal action, reporting to authorities

7.3 Illegal Content

Content involving minors, non-consent, or other illegal activity will be reported to law enforcement immediately.We will fully cooperate with any investigation. By using our services, you consent to this reporting.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of content or conduct that violates this Policy, report it immediately:

Include as much detail as possible: URLs, screenshots, descriptions, and any other relevant information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email (if you are a client) or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
